We understand that unexpected events can happen. That’s why we offer flexible cancellation policies to give you peace of mind when booking at Bungalows du Bonsoy. Please read our policies carefully to ensure you understand the cancellation terms.
Standard Cancellation

Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: Full refund of the booking amount.

Cancellation between 13 and 7 days before arrival: 60% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellation between 7 and 2 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival: No refund will be given, except in exceptional circumstances (see below).
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of force majeure, such as:

Serious illness or hospitalization (certificate required),

Official travel restrictions,

Extreme weather conditions making the accommodation inaccessible,
a full or partial refund may be considered upon presentation of the necessary documentation.
Booking Modifications

Date changes: Possible up to 14 days before the arrival date, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange your stay for the new desired dates.

Stay extension: We will be happy to accommodate an extension request, subject to availability.
